Nui learned cooking traditional Thai cuisine from her mother back in Thailand since she was just a young girl. And her husband, Ouddy was a former engineer who decided to embrace his passion for cooking and became a chef more than 20 years ago. He worked and built his cooking skill from working for many popular restaurants in London. On one occasion, he visited the States, traveled around and finally fell in love with Houston spirit and diversity. Houston is also where he met Nui and they started to build their dream together.
